JDN,
At what point would you move your money into bonds? It varies for everyone, but at what point do a lot of people move into bonds? I don't think 6 1/2% does it for me. I think business can borrow at much higher rates and still make money for their stock holders. Even 7 1/4% is low in my mind. The bond folks have been thinking basis points for so long that they sound like percentage points.
