No doubt what Arif wants to "acquire" is the ability to blow the shareholders off completely.

If the stock issued is "worth" .005, then taking stock in lieu of his huge cash salary would get him 50,000,000 shares. Game over.

What sort of company could you acquire for shares worth .001 ... hmmmmmm... imagine paying all your bills in stock... a $1,000 computer would cost you 100,000 shares.

I've got to start me one of these BB companies.
