Yep. It has been my experience in the past that many of these
small firms hire PR firms to advertise and promote the stock.

Sometimes what happens in these cases, is that there is a quick
run up..and then the bubble bursts and the stock goes into a
free fall...and those who bought last loose all.

Not saying that it will happen with mioa, but we wary.
