I did predict a price of $50/share for SIII by the end of '99, but I'm usually early. It looks like most investors, individual or institutional, are incapable of original thought. SIII is not in. So stocks like SIII crop up. DLIA's is another undervalued one. They own 2/3 of TURF which is worth more than DLIA's current mkt. cap. My Rio 500 is still on back order!
