Guys,
Why this request may be out of line I figure it is worth a shot.
I have responded to Jean Claude Attacks and his misrepresentations of the facts and cc'd all of you in the process
I am asking you to speak up not to defend ( or cheerlead) the company but to call attention to his allegations that have no
bases in fact and the misrepresenting what facts he does present.
Investors have a right to know all the info not just the half that JC wishes to present.
Note all 144 request to sell stock have been rejected my the company and did not proceed (with the exception of five,and that
stock was for a three year contract for services as disclosed in the 10K and the principals that gave that stock received no monies)
Did the info JC put on si disclose this? NO ..... He supplied no source or footnotes let alone a breakdown of codes
ALL insiders must put a market price on their form 4 (or 144 request approved or not) even if the transaction was private, gift etc.
without footnotes or codes the info is misleading!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ENOUGH IS ENOUGH
