Looks to me like they are trying to find a clean up level for the stock.
Every time the selling dries up, they move the B/A up a notch. Right now they seem to be in a pickle, no one is selling below 0.50 and too many are selling above 0.50.
Will be interesting to see how they get themselves out of that jackpot.
