Public records show that Jeanette doesn't have the cash to make good on a deal she signed to buy a $3.5 M real estate property in Arizona. That's according to a person who has read a copy of her complaint in the case CV99-23058, filed a week ago.

This person told me that:
* Jeanette signed a contract to buy a "horse property."
* The property also includes a house.
* She signed a sales contract, in her own name (not in the name of a trust).
* Later, the close date passed without her making the required payment.
* She says that she will have the ability to pay later, but not now.
* She is seeking an extension allowing her to perform later, and that matter is part of her litigation.
