Ron, seems like a good question to me. Maybe we can get other people's opinions on the special resolution to create 80,000,000 more common shares. With current amount of 20,000,000 it looks to me that we are agreeing to decrease the value of our shares by 80%. Maybe someone can tell us why we ought to be in favor of that amount of dilution.
