James Muldowney Appointed Chairman and CEO of Integrated Marketing Professionals
POMPANO BEACH, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 5, 2000--Integrated Marketing Professionals (OTCBB:POKR - news) today announced the appointment of James Muldowney to the position of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.
He will also serve as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Aviation Industries (OTCBB:AVIA - news).
Previously, Muldowney served as President of Casino Airlink, a subsidiary of Integrated Marketing Professionals. He serves as a director of Integrated Marketing Professionals and Aviation Industries.
On October 7, 1999, Integrated Marketing Professionals and Aviation Industries signed definitive agreements to be acquired by ByeByeNOW.com, a company that markets leisure travel products on the Internet. Under the terms of the agreement shareholders of Integrated Marketing Professionals will receive $.669 per share in exchange for equal value of ByeByeNOW.com stock. The acquisitions will be complete at the time of ByeByeNOW.com's Initial Public Offering, which the company expects to complete during the year 2000.
Muldowney succeeds William Forhan who agreed to stay on as Chairman and CEO of Integrated Marketing Professionals and AVIA through the end of 1999 after overseeing the completion of the companies' definitive agreements.

Muldowney began his career at American Express Travel Related Services, Inc. in 1969, holding a number of senior executive positions, including Vice President, Travel Operations (1983-1986); Vice President, Airline Relations (1986-1987) and Senior Vice President, Wholesale Travel and Airline Relations (1987-1992).
Mr. Muldowney earned a bachelor's degree in economics and accounting from Seton Hall University in 1967. He and his wife, Mary Ellen, have four sons and two daughters.
