Glenn: 840 chipset with 128 MB of PC600 RAM. S/N # 004 on this model. I first got my start with computers with the Osborne1, a 28 lbs precursor to the Compaq portable with a CP/M operating system. About 12 yrs ago, I saw a model with beta motherboard serial # 12 at a customers site who was going to throw it away. I regret to this day not taking it. I am NEVER going to let go of this unit. john
