H James -- you list a serious of excellent moves. I advise my parents, whom I have mentioned here before (they are the last people in the world who should be in the stock market, but who cannot stand it anymore and insist on it). I am repositioning them along the lines you mentioned -- but I have also kept them overweight in oil service. I have them down to zero in tech -- thank goodness, and zero in Japan BTW. I don't want their money BTW -- never did and I hope I never will. I come from a long line of people with money and a family tradition to uphold -- and that tradition is, simply put -- "you want money, go out there and get it yourself". Good luck.
