Brinker was on the mark for the market (Dow 6400 is a gift horse) but
he was full of s--t on UTEK, and STII (at least for the short term).

I find it hard to believe UTEK has lost 50% in recent weeks and
this is due to the market not understanding it. C'mon something else
is going on (in addition to the crappy market for small cap techs).
I simple laymans terms, who can state an objective case to buy long
now or average down? Any assistance would be welcomed
