I heard from a source at Netframe a few months ago that the VP of Sales and other sales people were going to be terminated. That has happened. The new direction the company is heading would explain the conflict between the CEO and the VP of Sales. I think their new approach is very bold, but make sense.

If they stand pat, they keep losing money. I the change their focus and concentrate on a expansive distribution channel and reduced prices, they might be able to be more profitable. I believe they cut their prices because of the reduction in manufacturing cost be out-sourcing the manufacturning process. If they are sum what successful, they will likely be bought out be a compeditor. Remember, there are only roughly 13 million shares outstanding. If a compeditor feels NETF is taking 50 to 60 million of their market share, they might just buy them out for 50 - 60 million. Maybe 3.5 - 4.50 per share.

I confirmed a recent rumor that I heard about 6 - 8 months ago. Tandem offered to buy NETF. CEO got greedy and new CFO was appointed at Tandem and deal fell through. I was on the table. Little to no chance that deal will ever happen, but the CEO of Netframe is listening, yet focusing on a brighter future for NETF.

I think he maybe able to pull-off a merger or at least turn the company profitable again.

Good Luck All
