Carpe, I believe your formula is probably valid. But I have never been one to trade strictly on technical indication. . . I trust my eyes, ears, nose and instincts moreso than my mind. I truly believe that this was a manipulated move and not a technical one. And if that is true, then the answer that leads to the rebound will not be technical either. . . I also think the markets are fully braced for about 20-40 basis points. . .so unless tomorrows report is disastrous, I think we will only see a knee jerk reaction. . . . but I also believe that volume will dry up tomorrow entirely. . . we will probably even end tomorrow down in the dumps. But I still believe that next week we rock. There is just too much money on the sides crying for their brokers to get them back into Qualcomm before its too late. . . and the brokers are saying just give it a few more days. . . .when screams are heard from the chat rooms and the daytrading rooms. . . then Wall Street will take off the lid.
