The spin will happen in 1/2 year. for the time being I'm not that concerned - if the market is ok. Mall/ubid was also a spinout but it was ubid which pulled Mall not Mall which held back ubid. Maybe, we get nice arb opportunity (XPDR trading at a fat premium to MMWW).
