If as you say you are "not going to get into it with S Martin", why did you write this at all? If you insist on responding to my posts to others, then it would behoove you to read the preceeding posts. May I refer you to the recent posts by your friend Barry? I believe he is the one who is "getting into the Shawn Murphy thing" as you refer to it, so go read his posts and get off my case. I can see why you want to avoid the topic. May I now refer you to the SEC filings of ADVR, several of them contain several pages of information, including all the notations of the FDA regarding the scientific proof required by them, as opposed to the "proof" submitted by ADVR. "Regardless of where the price of the stock will go, the important thing is that the dispensing of Reticulose is approved by the FDA">>> This statement by Kingfisher definitely implies that "reticulose is approved by the FDA" since those are the exact words, he may have meant to say something else but this is what he did say, to prevent misleading anyone..... I pointed it out. I am happy to see you wish to see factual information on this thread, that's a change for the best. Do you have any?
