John, >>>but wern't there some statements from Intel during the quarter that they could/would meet their CURRENT comittments, but that they wouldn't be able to meet ADDITIONAL orders.<<<

Yeah, I think I remember that. Didn't they send Stuart, the redheaded kid with the sgraggily beard from the mail room, to New York to meet some Wall Street guys at some fish and chip place. I think he said something about not only meeting current committments but to %$#%^^$$### it.

Of course I'm only joking, but don't you think that Intel obviously knew the situation and didn't make the proper disclosures. I mean in a way that was clear and could be clearly understood by people like you, me , Osha, Kumar, and others?

I am also positive that you will never convict Intel of inproper disclosures as I am sure they will drag out some quote that some executive made that now in hindsight can be clearly interpreted.

But why go thru this nonsense?

Mary
