I am not trying to be overly negative here, but don't you think that a warning this late in the game when LU was probably assuring all the analysts out there that all was well is going to slam its credibility? Think about how miffed Mr. Fun was when the 10K came out, then multiply this by a factor of 10, then extend it to every analyst with a "BUY" rating on LU (particularly Levy of Lehman). Future assurances might not cut it here because the credibility is gone.

I've lost a lot on paper here, but not my shirt. I am going to reevaluate this entire thing tonight and take action (or not) tomorrow. If you come up with any good ideas concerning LU, I would appreciate hearing them.
