The first section is my e-mail to ADGI and the reply follows
I'm writing to you as a stockholder trying to gain information about your company. I was hoping you might be able to tell me what events might be on the horizon as it were. I realize there are certain things you cannot disclose, but at the same time I was hoping to glean a little info about the direction of the company and what we may see in the next several weeks. Thank you in advance for your answers and help.

Mr. Lewis,
We have a heavy schedule of activities, meetings and travel with people involved in a number of locations, in the US and elsewhere.
We have professionals (CPA's, auditors, independent analysts, attorneys, consultants), PR folks, web page design, collateral - setting up, checking and maintaining operations in various locations, people who have committed to our team actually moving their families, business plans and projections being revised - I just mention this to let you know we are progressing from a development stage company to a fully operating company.
As to our disclosure and news and as we are a public company, any and all significant events will be by news releases and filings. If you pull up our 10-K's, 10-Q's and releases, that will give you a good overview of where we are. Things not completed are not announced as we do not hype.
The web page for Global is being completed and hopefully will be fully available shortly.
