That news jives with what Deb O' told me on the phone this afternoon...with the expection that she did add that they plan on having another trial site in operation BEFORE the end of the month. They have made no announcement about this (looks like they've changed their ways with the University of Virginia test and only release the news when it is up and running -- we don't need some of the delays we had with the Long Island test site).

She was guessing that word has leaked in the industry.

hmmmm.......
