In second place, I like CYPB, but the float is quite significant (17 million?),

Yahoo investment information has the float at 20.8 million.
But have you check the buying/selling by those who own 10%?

As of 4/30/99 Aries Domestic Fund owns 3,132,900 shares

As of 10/29/99 Aries Master Fund owns 8,940,873 shares
Paramount Capital Asset Managament Inc owns
2,628,334

Those three funds own 14,702,107 of the float, which leaves
5,297,893 float left.

Then there is someone named Lindsay A Rosenwald, who also
owns 10% of the stock, and if you use the float, that is
an additional 2,080,000 of the float eaten up, which brings
it to 3,217,893 Not many shares to buy, considering these
people bought at much higher prices. Now if you consider
that Lindsay Rosenwald may own more that 10%, the shares
available is even smaller. I didn't calculate up how many
Lindsay owns.

I have watched CYPB for a couple days now and it acts like a
low float stock. A little buying and the price increases.
A little selling and it decreases. Go to Yahoo and click
on "INSIDER" and check out all the buying.
