Alan, are you doing much with pre/afterhours trading? Seems this is a totally new arena with many new players, with a totally new set of rules. Most national firms still don't offer pre market trading but I doubt it will be long coming(much to the dismay of the order flow MM's). Might be beneficial to discuss the tools as they evolve over the next year. Anyone else have thoughts, experiences on this subject? REDI, ISLD, and INCA seem to be the main players, all offering different market hours. Nasdaq is carrying consolidated quotes until 630pm. QCharts seems to be the best platform to use because of it's Trade Rate Hot LIst and also it's ability to track ISLD trading exclusively via quotes and charts. I will try to create a summary post on this topic as we go along.
