I tried putting myself in Chris land's shoes, and seeing what he saw, and I tried to describe it. Chris land is not going to see an adulterer (sorry, I don't accept your attempt in redefining the term) as a good Christian. And, by his lights, he believes that he should speak out because it's for the good of the sinner to be reminded that they sin. That doesn't mean that I see it that way. But it does means that I don't think he's loathsome for doing what he thinks is right. Nobody likes to be told that what they are doing is morally wrong. Nobody likes to be judged. But that doesn't mean that the people who feel moral outrage shouldn't speak out.

I think the way he was treated was horrible, and I've lost all respect for the people who felt that it was good fun and appropriate behavior to abuse him. Completely. My faith in mankind has taken a turn for the worse here. I didn't think it was possible. I thought that somehow the people here were better than that. And now I don't even know why I'm here.
