Any ideas what that fella "genetherapystuff" is up to on the Yahoo board? I try not to take this stuff too seriously, stock trading is sort of a silly game--and you certainly can't be wound too tight to do this, but I cant help but get pissed off at that guy.
In fact, I was also pissed off at the fellas here on SI--showing off their sell orders in the after- market the other day. Just once, just once why cant somebody hype a stock I own, geeze! And then I come on shift the next day at work and everybody is talking at me--no chance to break away, call in and lighten up into that spike at the open, I finally sold a lousy 1000 of my remaining 8000, and a lousy 3500 warrants and grab another batch of CNSI, diversify a bit again--and I got terrible prices late in the day yesterday.
I saw your post with the 180% gain--we scored the same last year, congrats. Despite Ariad slipping today my account keeps hitting new highs, the others keep on plugging away. I think we are okay, I don't see Ariad getting below $3, and I'd have thought it would be up around $5 still. I still think this can move a lot higher, still my largest position, but I've been wrong before--and have never timed my trades in ARIA correctly, thank goodness the warrants paid off as a lucky gamble or I'd actually be down on this one.
Oh, biogurus--don't take offense, not pissed off at anybody personally, not even "genetherapystuff", just seems like I've been wrapped up in Ariad so long, it sure would have been nice to see some froth finally get into this one--I don't think a one day spike to $6 constitutes froth, not in the age with billion dollar internets, biotech deserves a little more of the action. |
