Yeah, i agree, the rules in fact are so tight that if i strictly observed them i could almost never post. Yes, they're broken all the time, for instance this post to me and this my response to it -g-

But can we not draw the line short of that bulletin board crap? .. there's so many other places so full of it, can't there be just one thread for the true north strong and free?
