Thanks for the update on happenings
GFX may be a way to invest in China now. James Tongs, 10 yrs of doing business there, should count for something. I'm hoping anyway.

Golden Fortune's management is also very pleased to have received news on November 15th, 1999 of China's signing of the agreement with The
United States. "This Agreement between the United States and China is something that we knew would happen for years," said James Tong,
President of Golden Fortune. "Now that it has, this is going to open the market and pave the way for every scope of business to enter China's market
of 1.4 billion people." Golden Fortune's recent accomplishments further demonstrate the Company's abilities to perform and create viable projects in
the PRC.

The landmark agreement between the United States and China will lead to China's induction into the WTO. China's economy is expected to become
the second-largest economy in the world within 20 years. James Tong has been doing business in China for over 10 years. Many companies will
require Chinese business experience like that held by Golden Fortune's management team to provide a conduit into the Chinese market.
