When to buy back in...and what to buy?

I sold 1/3 of my stocks on December 21 (too soon) and the rest on January 1 (unfortunately in the afternoon, rather than morning--I thought the a.m. was a blowoff rally, but my cajones were too small for me to follow the impulse immediately).

I am planning to buy back in when the NASDAQ hits 3200. The question is...what to buy? This is an opportunity for me to play with a whole new set of stocks.

It still is too early to buy back in (IMHO) but I am intensely curious about which net stocks you are watching with greatest interest, and also if you have some plan for timing the buying back in--will you go with short-term TA?

I am also curious about other opinions from veterans of the thread.

Thanks,
Tom D
