CMP 1999 Resource Limited Partnership, the general partner of which is a wholly owned subsidiary of
Dundee Wealth, has recently acquired, through a private placement, 5.6 million common shares of Tahera
Corporation which, when added to the common shares and debentures convertible into common shares of
Tahera held by Dundee Precious Metals, represent approximately 23,397,626 common shares or an
approximate 14.6-per-cent interest in Tahera.
Dundee Bancorp holds, indirectly, a further 10.5 million common shares representing a 5.3-per-cent
interest in Tahera. Dundee Wealth has approximately 54 million shares outstanding of which 46 million
are owned by Dundee Bancorp. Dundee Precious Metals Inc. is advised by Dundee Wealth.
The foregoing securities were acquired for investment purposes and the position in Tahera may be
increased or decreased as deemed appropriate in light of investment criteria and market conditions and in
accordance with the provisions of applicable securities legislation.
