I fully expect Intel to report just this situation next week - and every clueless analyst will then re-report it - as if they were handed an engraved stone tablet at the top of some mountain.

Thanks for reminding me of this. Yes, Herr Pfeiffer LIED to the press, the media, and to his BOARD OF DIRECTORS - claiming an industry PC slowdown was to blame. My sense is that Ben Rosen does NOT LIKE LIARs.
