Steve,

What's your feeling on the industry's present focus towards 'turns' instead of 'bookings'. Of course, INTCs, AMATs, and CUBEs would love to have progressively high advance bookings, but from the BTB recently, those days are over.

Could it be that days ahead are gear for bigger firms like INTC and MSFT, where the principle of diminishing returns vanishes and 'increasing returns' goes to the titans. Where the bigger and better organized you are, the bigger your market share, and the wealthier your equity holders. Albeit possible that both INTC and MSFT could turn into IBMs with massive organisational nightmares. But this seems unlikely given the 'bottom-up' structures in these firms and their resemblence to GE (especially MSFT). Just my opinion...

Steve, I would value your comments on this as well as your ideas on CUBE.

Paul
