Thank you for having a good memory; I'd forgotten all about the first announcement. What intrigues me is that I believe EU registration is essentially a one step process now and thus they're getting multiple entities to kick in to pay for the same thing. Hopefully they have it arranged so that they break even by now! And the really large markets are in the Northern parts of Europe. That's where these drugs are going to be sold.

What has Ligand done about sales in Japan? That's a pretty sizeable cancer market too.

Licensing the rights in South America was a good move; although the population is substantial, the average income level is too low to pay for this kind of health care. Sad, but that's the way it is.
