To All:
For what it's worth, here is a bit of information I was able to glean from a couple of E-mail exchanges with Curtis Swanson. I would first like to say, though, that I was impressed with the promptness of his responses. A couple of the items discussed were covered in the second 8K filing today, and there were several non-answers as you would normally expect, so I'll go straight to the pertinent stuff:

Question 5). Arbitration with Fatburger has been mentioned on one of the investor discussion boards. Can you enlighten me with any of the details of any current or pending arbitration?
Answer: FB Holding has filed requesting arbitration in New York. Our company has responded with a motion to stop the litigation and proceed with the action in Longview, Gregg County, Texas. We have taken the position that arbitration is not appropriate or required under these circumstances.

Question 7). Finally, the previous press release dated December 27, 1999, includes the statement by Stephen Hicks: "We are pleased to put this matter behind us and look forward to working with RTIN in the future?". Could these guys be the partners referred to the previous paragraph 3)?
Answer: Mr. Stephen Hicks has been very helpful and supportive of RTIN ever since we have reached a settlement and we look forward to working with him and his investors on future opportunities that may become available. However, they are not the "partners" mentioned in the Fatburger press release.

A final comment by Mr. Swanson:
With respect to your request to post the items on the message boards I really have no objections. Everything I said is either a matter of public record or could be summized from such.

End of discussion with Mr. Swanson.

My Opinion: Re-read the answer to 5) very carefully! There is a LOT of information there. As I said, IMO. EOM.
