So... assuming that HowTo.com would be worth as much as Learn2.com, $200 million (big assumption)... with 40 million shares outstanding, that's $5 a share... so we end up with about $500 per 1000 shares... and since those shares cost us about $2 at that time, that's a 25% dividend. Not bad I suppose... Of course, I'm totally leaving out the fact that they need to issue more shares for an IPO... details, details... I'm just taking a SWAG here... feel free to correct me... -S
