IMUL's story has changed since they released 1996 full year results in February. Since then, the old Board of Directors was thrown out, Marr received a promotion to CEO, and the new Board apparently decided to concentrate all of IMUL's resources on the Allervax program.

It's all in Marr's letter to shareholders in the 1996 annual report.

It came as a big surprise to me, although I think it's probably the right thing to do. (I am very disappointed that they didn't at least find some money for the cocaine program.)
