Takeover by who? Spending on new network deployment in FY 1999 is in the billions . . . supposed to be over $600M in US alone . . . with the MCI / Sprint deal, it seems unlikely that there could be a player of sufficient size to try to take on CW - but, if you have some info, it would be appreciated. CW appears to be so quiet in the marketplace that it doesn't attract investment community attention. Mr. K.
