Sounds like a good question, did he have a good answer?

Lawsuit isn't good news. Even if the allegations prove false it's a distraction that the officers in particular, and the company in general can do without while trying to find business to replace GM. Also sounds like Toyota will be joining GM in their venture with Commerce One.
