Stock looks pretty attractive here to me. Starting a small position.

Basing my purchase on current stock price in relation to my understanding of the company's past performance record plus a bet that revenues, earnings and dividends can continue to increase in future years.

I see the company as having financial information on millions of people - information not easily obtained elsewhere. And a continuing demand by companies and people to access that information for credit decisions and perhaps other reasons. If so, then the company is almost a Warren Buffett type stock- a company having recurring sales with high returns on capital employed and in a business having a high barrier to entry. Anybody else see it that way?
