Eric, I am hearing that they are still having production problems. They have not had a sales problem. They cannot create consistant fabric and that is causing the tremendous writeoffs. Why would you contract to buy goods if the company cannot give you some proof of manufacturing consistancy? I know of several hospitals that are sold on the product and the environmental savings but they will not contract until they know that the products can be supplied in a timely and consistant fashion.

The real problem in my opinion is the huge short position over the past 6 months. Someone had better information than we did. It takes deep pockets to sell short and we saw short sellers in the 5.5 range. We thought they were crazy... I wonder if Taylor or affiliates were selling short?
