Kerry, the easiest change that has happened at the millenia rollover is the gap up and crash wave of the nasdaq.

These are my predictions for 2000
High risk will be out in 2000.
Conservatism and Value will be in in 2000.

This is easy, short the nasdaq until about october -g-
buy the stuff that got killed in 1999, bonds, gold, reits, utilities.

In 1999 the stocks that performed the best were the ones that had crap balance sheets and no earnings and were ultimate risk.

find the stocks that have been in the worst bear markets and have the strongest balance sheets, that INCLUDE real hold in your hand assets. The assets now valued highly by investors are pie in the sky assets.
