Ranger produces from a small field at a shallower depth. It wrote off its investment in this field saying it would not be economical to produce from it. Somehow ended up with a 100% interest in the field, brought it to production and as far as I know never reversed the wright off.

The more exciting discoveries are in deeper waters and RGO had an interest in several exploratory areas.
