The closing price with some of these NYSE stocks is perplexing. Look at the close. LU supposedly closed at just over $69. Yet the last trade says $52. The day chart on it confirms that this thing traded just above $69 when the closing bell sounded. Too weird. I'd bet that tomorrow's change is measured from a $52 close to.

Same thing for IBM for 2 straight days now. It closed at $118 1/4 yesterday, yet an hour after the close it shows up as $2 lower. Same thing happened today. Somebody's playing with these things.

BTW, LU will probably open in mid to upper $50's tomorrow, IMHO. After that is anybody's guess.
