Elmer, re:Gateway has just moved into the same league with Packard Bell. Watch the slow decline into oblivion. You're right. Gateway has the same problem AMD has: no penetration into the business market. I don't see how the Gateway-AMD partnership will change things much...might even hurt if their Intel partnership sours. I sold the rest of my Gateway holdings at the close today. joey
