It means management is just as screwed as everyone else.....after the Boston Group stopped making a market (due to thier own capatilization problems) the stock collapsed and there were probably alot of margin calls for the biggest shareholders, ie. management. I cant possibly see the price of this stock any lower unless they declare bankruptcy, but since they just raised 2 million dollars thats now unlikely. If you can wait a few months I think the company is being given away at these prices and should be more fairly valued around 3-4 dollars. If LUXY obtains the long term financing they require then the stock will probably triple overnight. Since they have gottten the short term money it should now be a little easier to make a long term deal, I believe the threat of bankruptcy had been a real threat, but no more..........best of luck......;^)
