Robert, I've been a paying Tradescape level 2 subscriber for about 4 months. I also use is because I run on a Unix workstation. It runs very well in the Netscape 4.7 browser. It will not load in either IE5 or Hotjava. I have to say that it is very reliable. It is always the most timely quote of any quote source I have checked it against (Datek Streamer and others). Occasionally I need to re-start the level 2 window (I always use the simple Level 2 window without the charting). But the re-start is very quick. I have just requested the trading account package, and I plan to open a trading account there as soon as possible. I won't close Datek, but I do plan to give Tradescape some substantial business.
