What does the break up of the Soviet Union and Y2K have in common? All that Star Wars money and other "black book" projects and off budget CIA spending was really on a superandroid cyborg robot, that we planted inside the inner workings of the politburo, and wouldn't you know it, just when things were really going good for the good old USA we find out that Boris Yeltsin wasn't Y2K compliant!
