This one is still a tough call in my books. I know guys who are into China and anything this big would likely require mainland connections in a big way.

China is also very slow and cautious and knows how to measure twice before signing.

It looks llike either all the cons rolled up into one: Nasdeq listing taking over a year, offshore base, etc. but on the other hand, many "little guys" are doing well if they have done their homework and the prior testing suggests that this has been done.

I'm in.
