My guess - 100000000000000000mm2 Oh wait, wafers aren't that big. Maybe that's why it been DELAYED, Intel had to figure out how to combine multiple wafers to make one processor. ;) Come to think of it, Intel's 300mm wafer program started some time ago, right?!

Seriously.. It can't be THAT big, can it? I guess the number of transistors isn't a predictor of die size so I'm out of luck for a real guess.
