Hi Eric, I am thinking the same thing. In fact, I picked up some Qualcomm myself! Hoping this is a temporary manic panic. I have always followed the philosophy that when the herd is doing one thing, analyze the situation and if it is not justified (which it usually isn't) do the opposite. In fact, that's just what I was doing when I bought my first shares of Cisco 4 years ago. Good luck!
