That is useful info. I have been experimenting with the demo system for the last couple of days, and Haven't had any real problems on my SGI. Of course this is just the demo. I am hoping for others with real trading testimonial to step forward and offer their opinions too.

I also just perused the latest version of CyberX released by CyberCorp. That tool looks totally cool, and seems to offer a lot of features, that can be sort of 'hidden' where you let it decide the best order execution route. Again, of course, that system will only run on NT/98.. They need to make a Java version that is platform independent like TradeScape. The net is fast enough now. Have daytraded with datek for years (part time) and as long as I am playing liquid stocks, my performance over T1, or Cable Modem has been instantaneous. Don't ever place a market order though or you'll get killed. Seems like they programmed an automatic 'sleep' statement in there on that button. 'If (OrderType = Market) then sleep 20; exec(order)' :)
