According to the CNDX files on previous financing, the company has a long history of loading up connected teams (largely offshore accounts in British Virgin Islands, Bahamas, etc. or connected individuals) using private placements at prices below the current market price. Soon after these private placements are announced the shares experienced significant prices climbs.

Announced Nov 15/96
1.5 Million Special Warrants at .73
Price at time of announcement - $1.10
Announced Feb 7/97
3.8 Million Special Warrants at $1.78
Price at time of announcement - $2.22

On Feb 20/97 the shares hit a high of $3.65

Announced May 14/97
2.5 Million Special Warrants at $1.50
Price at time of announcement - $2.55
Announced Aug 18/97
1.9 Million Special Warrants at $2.00
Price at time of announcement - $2.55

On Aug 19/97 the shares hit a high of $3.20 and $3.58 on Oct 16/97

Announced Feb5/98
4.0 Million Special Warrants at $1.55
Price at time of announcement - $1.93

On Feb 16/98 the shares hit a high of $2.70

Almost all of these private placements were made through Canaccord Capital like the recently announced financing. It is my guess that this current private placement for $1.75 million announced on Dec 21/99 is also to similar players to load them up before deals are announced. Since the company already has over $26 million in cash it sure doesn't need another $1.75 million at the lows. If this is true I would expect the company to start the promotion machine fairly soon.

Numerous players in this stock appear to be the same group that was behind the promotional of Ultra Petroleum a few years ago. During early 1997 they pushed UP from a low of .50 to over $9. This group of promoters includes the "London Taylor" group and individual connected to several offshore entities.

Best Regards
KEITH
